The Ocean Online Group (formally Ocean19.com), launched on the 1st day of October in the Year 2003. Co-Founders Marvin Charles Russell and Jason Lenard Saul conceived a business plan that would not only help launch their business but their clients businesses as well. With the internet growing at an exponential rate there was a tremendous need for all companies to develop an online presence. This new online market saw no boundaries. Small businesses to the established corporations became our target market. These businesses would all need an online presence in the form of a website.

With the massive growth of the internet and faced with growing online competition, we discovered our true core competency. The Ocean Online Group expanded and became a full online development firm that would not only create high-end websites but would market them online as well. It was obvious that people wanted business and websites were just mere tools to get business. After years of online marketing research and experience, The Ocean Online Group developed search engine optimization techniques that helped us dominate the top positions in all major search engines including Google.com, Yahoo.com and MSN.com.
