Need a Chicago PPC Company?
Our Chicago PPC consultants run PPC campaigns all day everyday. We’ll save you time and money. Most importantly we’ll get you more leads and more sales.
Research & Discovery
Our very first step in any client relationship is to undergo our Discovery process. Before getting started, we want to meet your team and learn everything about your company, target audience and goals. We will never be as good at your business as you are but we strive to become as much of an expert in your space as we can. This will ensure we have a thorough understanding of your business and goals and that we are all striving towards achieving the same objective for your PPC campaign.
Our entire PPC team will meet to discuss your project and how we’re going to achieve and exceed all of your goals. PPC is not about what keywords you want to compete on alone; there are a multitude of factors that must be considered in your strategy as you begin to structure your account. This should include but not be limited to budget allocation, geo targeting, seasonality, device targeting, similar audiences, text ad variations including ad extensions.
A successful PPC campaign hinges on the correct setup. Taking the time to set up an account within the Google Adwords platform (and Bing Ads) is crucial and paramount to it’s success. Google makes it very easy to set these accounts up with default settings and there are many that you do not want to include. Setting up a PPC campaign can mean setting up hundreds or thousands of ads. We’re going to do all of that for you. Sit back and relax. We do this all day every day.
We invest heavily in technology to ensure we have the best, most accurate, timely monitoring and reporting tools available for the PPC industry. Plus, we have account managers that will monitor your campaign 24 hours a day.
We are only as good as our people, and all of our people are located right here in Chicago. We assign three people to manager your account. You will have a PPC Manager, PPC Digital Marketing Consultant and PPC Digital Marketing Associate.
Not only do you need to know what areas of the account your media dollars are being spent on but so does our team. It is critical that our team reviews every grain of performance to ensure that we leave no stone unturned when it comes to improving your PPC campaign’s performance. Depending on the scope of the project, you will meet with our team to review these reports on a weekly basis.

Our PPC Process
Our PPC account build out takes 30 days. We take a full month to carefully craft the right strategy and account structure. This is a collaborative effort that will require your involvement as we drive the process forward. We call this build the PPC Tree Structure and it is made up of a straight forward 4 step process.
Step 1: Identify and Segment all the different ways (Channels/Arteries/Vein) with which somebody can find your business.
This will focus on targeting (device and geography) as well as budget allocation (critical step to being successful). All the different ways somebody can come to your site.
Step 2: PPC Keyword Research
go to the end of the Earth to find keywords that you should compete on to generate qualified traffic to your site. Review competitors to see what keywords they are competing on and in some cases, ensure you are not competing on keywords that are too competitive.
Step 3: PPC Text Ads & Creative Ads
I cannot stress how crucial this step is. The ad is the catalyst, it is what brings the user to your site. You will show thousands, sometimes millions of ads that will never get clicked on! You need to have compelling messaging that speaks to your target audience. You must do A/B Testing for all of your ad copy as there will always be one message that out performs another
Step 4: Bulk Upload
Throughout weeks 1, 2 and 3, you need to be preparing the keywords and texts ads so they are formatted to be loaded into the Adwords interface (and Bing and any other engine you intend to participate in). Once they are loaded ensure, that tracking is in place and functioning properly and you’ll be good to turn your PPC account on!
Why do PPC?
The search engine results have two main components, paid ads(PPC) and organic ads(SEO). These are two very distinct channels surfacing ads or competing for real estate on the same playing field, the Search Engine Results Pages(SERPS). When we compare these two, we liken them to the race between the Tortoise and the Hair. SEO is like the Tortoise, it is a very slow moving and long term race. On the flip side, PPC is like the Hair, very fast, nimble and controllable. Controllable is a key component to PPC. With PPC, you can cast a very wide net. You can generate large volumes of traffic to your website. Organic traffic can be challenging to get however with PPC you can be very specific on who are you looking to target – not only specific on what keyword your clients are using to search on but where they are, when they are, what device they are on, where they are in their buyer journey, showing up at the moment they are looking for you. That is one of the best attribute of PPC, it is bringing two people together that are already looking for each other!
